Refund & Cancellation Policy
We want you to be happy with Vibe Coder. This page explains how cancellations and refunds work, so there are no surprises.
1. Cancel any time
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page inside the app, or by emailing support@usevibecoder.com.
- When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period. After that, your account drops back to the free tier.
- We do not auto-charge you again after a cancellation takes effect.
2. 14-day refund window for new subscribers
First-time paid subscribers can request a full refund within 14 days of their first charge, for any reason. Email support@usevibecoder.com from the address on your account and we will refund the most recent charge to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
3. After the 14-day window
Outside the 14-day window we generally do not refund partial months, because subscriptions are billed in advance and can be cancelled at any time. Exceptions:
- Service outages: if our service is unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours in a billing period, contact us for a pro-rated credit.
- Unauthorised charges: if you believe your card was charged without your permission, email us immediately and we will refund the charge while we investigate.
- Duplicate or accidental charges: refunded in full on request.
4. How to request a refund
Email support@usevibecoder.com with:
- The email address on your Vibe Coder account.
- The date of the charge you want refunded.
- A short reason (optional — we read every reply, it helps us improve, but it's not required).
We respond to refund requests within 2 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe; the funds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us first before disputing a charge with your card issuer. In almost every case we can resolve the issue faster directly. Accounts with a fraudulent or abusive chargeback history may be suspended.
