Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Vibe Coder. By creating an account or installing the desktop / extension client you agree to them.
1. The service
Vibe Coder is an AI-assisted coding tool. Outputs are generated by third-party language models and may be incorrect, incomplete, or biased. You are responsible for reviewing every change before applying it to your codebase.
2. Your account
- You must be 16 or older to use Vibe Coder.
- You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.
- One account per person; no sharing logins.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Vibe Coder to:
- Generate malware, exploits, or content that violates law.
- Reverse-engineer the service or scrape it at scale.
- Attempt to bypass plan limits or billing.
4. Plans, billing, and refunds
- Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Cancel any time — your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
- We offer a 14-day refund window for first-time paid subscribers. Beyond that, refunds are at our discretion.
- Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice via the email on your account.
5. Your content
You retain all rights to code you write. Vibe Coder claims no ownership over the code you produce while using the service.
6. Warranty disclaimer
Vibe Coder is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Limitation of liability
Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim, or £100, whichever is greater.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can close your account at any time from the settings page.
